The BTM Podcast: Kristi Castlin, US Olympic Hurdler

The Behind the Mask Podcast (BTM Podcast) spoke with the 100 meter American hurdler Kristi Castlin in a recent podcast .

Kristi Castlin is a hurdler hungry for Olympic gold.

Castlin is an American 100 meter hurdler from Atlanta, GA. She became interested in track in high school, and continued to compete collegiately at Virginia Tech. At Virginia Tech, she was 7x NCAA All American and 5x ACC Champion. In 2016, she placed 3rd in the 100 meter hurdles, completing the American sweep of in the event. She is currently a Nike athlete with a steady focus on Tokyo.

In this podcast, Castlin talks about her Tokyo 2021 preparations and the effects of COVID on her life & training. She also discusses her life off the track, including being her own boss, dating, and more.
